To level it up use the level one version 15 times to level it up to level two then use the level two O-power 30 times to get it to level three the final level that can be obtained normally. At level three makes eggs hatch twice as fast and costs 8 energy. The only problem with using O-powers is that it only lasts for only about 3 minutes and uses up energy after each use. As they get better they also begin to cost more power, but don’t worry about the power it uses it replenishes over time. Due to the amount of time the effect lasts you should rapidly start the infinity loop so that the effect doesn’t go to waste.
